Refund policy

Returns: You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grandmaasecret.ae with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
